AI Training for People Who Work Alone

Practical, no-fluff AI setup for solopreneurs, freelancers, and one-person businesses. You get working prompts, clear guardrails, and a quick-reference kit — not a lecture.

Individual Training Options

Three ways to engage — from a single focused session to ongoing personal coaching.

Most Popular Solo

Solo Operator AI Setup

60 minutes · Remote (video call)

A single focused session where we map your actual daily work, identify the two or three places AI will save you the most time, and set up working prompts you can use the same day.

What you get

  • Workflow triage — top 2–3 AI opportunity areas identified
  • Starter prompt pack (5–10 prompts built for your specific tasks)
  • Verification checklist — how to spot AI mistakes before they matter
  • "What to use for what" quick-reference sheet
  • 7-day async follow-up via email (questions answered on your schedule)

Best for: Solopreneurs, freelancers, sole proprietors, and independent operators who want a fast ramp with no fluff.

This is a setup session, not unlimited support. A follow-up slot or office-hours add-on is available if you want continued coaching.

Monthly — Limited Seats

AI Basics Group Session

90 minutes · Remote (live video, capped seats)

A once-a-month live group class covering practical AI basics: prompting, tool selection, verification habits, and the most common mistakes people make. Small group (capped) keeps the Q&A useful.

What you get

  • Session recording (distributed to attendees only)
  • Shared prompt starter pack from the session
  • Verification checklist
  • "What to use for what" one-pager

Best for: Anyone who wants a structured introduction to AI in a small, interactive group — without paying for individual coaching.

Sessions run once per month and seats are capped to keep them valuable. Join the waitlist through the contact form.

Limited Availability

1:1 Personal AI Setup

Flexible (90 min starter; packages available) · Remote — limited availability

What you get

  • Full workflow and tool audit
  • Custom prompt system built around how you actually work
  • Tool selection and setup guidance
  • Ongoing support options (office-hours blocks available)

Best for: Individuals with complex setups, multiple tools, or who learn best with direct one-on-one guidance at their own pace.

The starter kit — your reusable toolbox

Every engagement includes a kit you can use indefinitely — not just during the session. These aren't generic templates; they're built around your actual work.

Prompt Pack

5–10 prompts tested against your specific tasks. Copy, paste, tweak as your needs evolve.

Verification Checklist

A short checklist for catching AI mistakes before they matter. Becomes a habit quickly.

"What to Use for What" Sheet

A one-page guide to which AI tool is best for writing, research, summarizing, scheduling, and more.

Session Recording

Group sessions are recorded and shared with attendees. Solo sessions can be recorded on request.

Common questions

Do you work with iPhone/iPad users?

Yes. iPhone and iPad users can use ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini apps directly. We cover how to get the most out of AI on mobile — including shortcuts, voice input, and how the apps differ from desktop.

What about Windows vs Mac?

Both work fine. Windows users have access to Copilot built into the OS, which is a great starting point. Mac users often start with ChatGPT or Claude. We work with whatever you already have.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. We start with free tiers so you can try before committing to a paid plan. If upgrading makes sense for your goals, we'll tell you which tier is worth it and why.

I'm not technical at all. Is this for me?

Yes — that's exactly who this is designed for. Nothing we do requires coding, APIs, or technical setup. If you can send an email, you can use these tools effectively.

How is this different from the team workshops?

Team workshops are designed for groups of 5–15 people at a business. These solo offerings are designed for individuals — people who work alone, run their own business, or want personal training before bringing it to their team.
