AI Enablement

About

I build AI operating systems for non-technical teams—templates, guardrails, and a rollout plan that installs real AI habits using the tools your team already has. Not slides and theory; hands-on workflow installation with sanitized examples from your team’s actual work.

Based in Atlanta, delivering remote nationwide. I work with managers, ops teams, and customer support leaders at SMBs and lower-mid-market companies — the people who actually run the business but rarely get included in “AI strategy.”

My approach

Copilot-first, tool-agnostic

I recommend GitHub Copilot where it fits, but every engagement supports ChatGPT, Gemini, and whatever tools your team already has. The goal is practical output, not vendor loyalty.

Templates included

Every engagement delivers a prompt library, verification checklists, and before/after examples your team keeps. No dependency on me — your team owns the assets.

Verification-first

AI makes mistakes. Every toolkit includes a verification checklist so your team knows how to catch hallucinations, check facts, and prevent “bad automation.”

Practical adoption

Real workflows, real tasks, real prompts. No theoretical AI lectures. Your team walks out of every session with something they can use that afternoon.

Background

Built websites with AI coding tools

Built data-gathering utilities

Experimented with agentic content workflows

Used AI in a corporate environment

This isn't textbook training or reading documentation. It's operator-led enablement: I've used AI tools daily for over a year in a corporate environment and while building my own projects — using AI coding tools to create websites, build data-gathering utilities, and experiment with agentic content workflows. The focus is what works in practice: structure, verification, and repeatable systems your team can keep using.

Copilot-first recommendations for Microsoft 365 teams. Otherwise we work with what you already have and recommend a sensible stack across Claude/Cowork/Projects, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and lightweight no-code automation where appropriate.

I recommend tools, but I do not sell software. We work within your approved stack and operating constraints.
