1. Service Description

We provide AI enablement services including workshops, sprints, and retainers that help teams adopt AI tools effectively. All services are for educational and enablement purposes only.

2. AI Tools Disclaimer

Important: AI Disclosure

Educational enablement only. AI outputs require human review. No legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • AI tools covered in our training (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) are third-party products
  • AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information
  • Human review of all AI-generated content is required before business use
  • Results from AI adoption vary by team and organization

3. Not Professional Advice

Our training and enablement services are NOT a substitute for:

  • Legal advice — regarding AI compliance, data privacy, or intellectual property
  • IT security — AI tool deployment should be reviewed by your security team
  • HR/Employment advice — regarding workforce changes related to AI adoption
  • Financial advice — regarding AI investment or cost decisions

4. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure your team has appropriate access to AI tools covered in training
  • Review all AI outputs before using them in business operations
  • Comply with your organization's AI policies and applicable regulations
  • Not use our training materials for resale or redistribution

5. Engagement Terms

All engagements begin with a consultation call. Scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

Cancellation policies are outlined in individual engagement agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

Workshop materials, playbooks, and frameworks provided during engagements are licensed for your organization's internal use only. You may not resell or redistribute our training materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Any losses from implementing AI workflows taught in our programs
  • Any inaccuracies in AI tool outputs
  • Any business disruptions from AI adoption
  • Any third-party AI tool failures or changes

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
