Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
Package engagements are the default. Most teams choose a Workshop, Sprint, or Retainer so outcomes and deliverables are clear. Limited advisory blocks are available when package delivery is not the right fit.
What is included in a workshop?
A custom agenda built around your team's actual tools and pain points, live hands-on exercises, a prompt library, a verification checklist, and a follow-up reference document. Sessions are recorded when permitted.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Workshops start at a half-day (4 hrs), and sprints are a minimum 2-week engagement. Advisory sessions are offered selectively based on fit and scope.
Can you work with distributed / remote teams?
Yes. The majority of engagements are fully remote via Zoom or Google Meet. Atlanta-area clients can request limited onsite sessions — reach out to discuss.
Do prices include travel?
Remote sessions are included in the rates above. Onsite engagements outside the Atlanta metro area require a separate travel cost estimate.
